For Qi-supporting phones that lack magnets, you can add the included magnetic ring for MagSafe-compatible charging.

A. The charger works with MagSafe-compatible phone cases only. Also ensure your phone case is less than 2mm thick.

Q. What if my phone case isn’t MagSafe-compatible?
A. Attach the included magnetic compatibility ring to the back of your phone case to make it MagSafe-compatible.
